Terms and Policies

You will be required to place an initial order of a minimum of $1500.00 to qualify you as a Dealer.

In order to maintain your dealer status, you must order a minimum of $6500.00 annually.  The initial placement order of $1500.00 will count toward your annual sales minimum, leaving only an annual minimum of $5000.00.

Shipping:  We do not provide free shipping at this time.  However, we have made every effort to provide the best boxing and packaging available to achieve the best shipping rates available for our customers.

Shipping lead times:  We are usually able to ship in 2-3 days; however, depending on our inventory and current demand of orders, it could take between 1 to 3 weeks to receive your shipment.  If it has been longer than 3 weeks, please contact us to get an updated status on your order.

Pricing:  Our website reflects the most current pricing available. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing costs and/or product material demand.

Returns:  Please call to get prior authorization before returning any items.  We will not accept any returns that do not follow our packaging and shipping directions.  In certain cases Aegis will require a 20% re-stocking fee if the return is not related to any Manufacturer defects.

Warranties:  Aegis Inc. will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material and we will do everything in our power to take care of any problem you might have.
